Emergency: Assisting An Old Woman Whose House Got Burnt Yesterday

  We have helped an old woman whose grass thatched house caught fire yesterday the 29th of January 2023 and burnt into ashes. According to stories, the woman was sleeping inside the hurt not knowing anything. Fortunately she was rescued by one of the ladies from the neighborhood. The source of fire is reported to be neighborhood land conflict which we advised them to settle peacefully. We aided in food items (beans & maize) which Can last a month, mattress and cash add-ons to help in other basic needs such as clothes etc which also got burnt.

Hon. Atuka Still On Karamojong Case In Agago

Meeting at Parliament with the Deputy CDF General Elwelu, Government Chiefwip Hamson Obua and Hon. Lilian Aber. In this meeting Hon. Lagen David Atuka emphasized the need to end cattle rustling and other related insecurities that it pose to the Acholi people such as rape, murder, food theft among others. The Karimojong has been raiding in Acholi for decades now and so far interventions have only postponed their might. Lagen David, tirelessly looking forward to ways to put a permanent end to this knife-edge lifestyle has taken a number of approaches. Today We Contributed To Agago Football Team

  Patriotic Hon. Alexander Okidi always giving full support to the team We made a contribution of =200,000/= to support Agago Football squad heading for Adilo Ker Tournament in Nwoya District.

Rachkara Robinson Spied On Us

 Robinson took to his Facebook page to update his followers of our ongoing struggle in the development of Agago District. He said "through Hon. Tony Awany MP for Nwoya County and Hon. Lagen David Atuka, Anaka and Patongo Town Council got the nod to benefit from the KCCA technical support areas of solid waste management and street lighting. Dr. Okello KCCA Director Public Health said KCCA has collaborated with sendtothefarmer@gmail.com number of municipalities and town Councils in offering technical support to their respective to sanitation action plans." Indeed he is on point.
