ENHANCING INDIA UGANDA RELATIONS. HON LAGEN DAVID BECOMES THE FIRST AFRICAN LEADER TO BE INVITED AT WOXEN UNIVERSITY

• While Speaking at Woxsen University, Hon Lagen David Atuka emphasised the development of a strong association between academia and industry for the benefit of the skill development sector and He strongly recommended The Administration of the University to extend it's Scholarship programs in Africa particularly Uganda to enhance the Relationship of Uganda and India. Honourable cited that besides conducting Research and Development in related fields, the institution should foster relations across countries, between governments, workers, chambers of commerce, academia, industry, and other industry associations in establishing collaborations of various projects of institutes/ Organizations in Africa. He complemented on how Agago district in Northern Uganda is having competent Children that would become Technology Lords in this generation but have no capacity to enroll for higher Education. The district has got well talented young sports men and women that has series of times represented Uganda on national Competitions for example in Soccer, karate,  Athlete's  and Music. He requested the University to improvise slots for such student's. The Agago Legislator became the first African Leader to be Hosted at Woxen University, one of the best modern Technological institute globally that produces modern Robots etc. LAWANG LUTEDERO
