THE GOVERNMENT OF UGANDA ENTRUSTS HON LAGEN DAVID TO PAY A CALL ON THE UGANDANS THAT WERE TAKEN TO CHINA ON COUNT OF UPGRADING ON TECHNOLOGY AND INVENTIVE MASTERY.

 

Early this year Hon Lagen David while representing Ugandan government in Science and Technological mastery dialogue,  he emphasized that to enhance an effective Science, Technology and Innovations relation between Uganda and china, the dialogue should bring on board the private sector so that they can contribute an additional venture capital to the science sector, implement capacity building cooperation forum directly with the local people ascertaining innovative ideas and technological skills, Uganda will begin to see its significances enclosed by its economic values. Agago county Legislator in the 11th parliament also met the Ugandan students that were sent to China to upgrade on their technology and Inventive skills, to observe their good fortune, how far they had reached in their studies and what could be the challenges that the government can strengthen constructively. He told the Ugandan students that the biggest technology and inventive Centre is already underway being constructed, to be completed in a few months and they will be the ones to uphold and teach fellow country men and women the skills being attained at the higher institute in china as planned by the two states. Hon is therefore set to work closely with the minister of china and the government of uganda in monitoring the completion of the technological Centre for the people of Uganda, particularly  Acholi sub region to begin directly benefiting from the international program. He also comprehended that  his Office shall not cease of connecting the local people that quality for such international programs to as well travel overseas on Academical upgrades if the opportunity avails in the due time. lets continue to be aggressive on developmental issues and build our country Uganda because it is our mandate.
